LONDON — Ford has unveiled the new Fiesta Sport+, with a variety of interior and exterior upgrades, but the car will be marketed exclusively to customers in the U.K., Spain, Switzerland and Austria.
The Fiesta Sport+ comes with a choice of Ford's 118-horsepower 1.6-liter Duratec four-cylinder gas engine or the 94-hp Duratorq four-cylinder turbodiesel.
An aero body kit bundles a new front bumper with flared lower valence panel, side skirts, rear spoiler and rear bumper with integrated diffuser.
The exterior paint-and-striping schemes are pure vintage Ford. The choices are Frozen White with Performance Blue stripes on the roof, hood and body sides, or vice-versa.
Special alloy wheels are painted bright Frozen White and shod with low-profile performance tires — 205/40R17 with the gasoline engine and 195/45R16 with the diesel.
The cockpit is dressed in black leather with contrasting blue stitching, plus scuff plates and front and rear logo floor mats.
