Tester's Notes: The sheer presence of the Scorpio is sufficient to evoke second nay third and fourth glances as well. Butch styling and rugged masculinity stir emotions in both genders • A longer wheelbase would ensure sufficient legroom inside for backseat drivers • Ladder type frame is now built up of C-section rails welded together to form long members, which is merely a different approach to the same game • The heart of this SUV is its torquey 255Nm and over brute force to propell its 2-ton GVW • There is tremendous scope to improve performance and NVH levels have to be heard to be felt • Braking needs to be perfected, it could let down the overall package.
