| Message: | I own santro zip plus 2002 model. Recently I found, there was a crack on crossbar ( beam on left-hand side supporting engine block). I immediately contacted local mechanic, as I was thinking wielding will do. But I was told, It has to be replaced.
Price which mechanic quoted me are : for new : 14000, second hand :8500/-.
I am not sure what kind of work goes into replacement of this part. I want to know how much it will cost for work done at hyundai service center. Also for this kind of work, should I go for local mechanic or service center?
