| Message: | My husband and I are having the most harrowing experience with the Delhi dealer of Nissan (Nath Nissan, Mohan Indl Estate). We had booked a Micra about 1 1/2 months back with the promise of a delivery by 14th Nov. However, from 1st week of Nov we started getting calls from the dealer claiming that they could not give us the car. Everytime there was a new excuse and no effort from our end to find a conciliatary path worked. We are salaried people who had taken a loan from the bank on which we have already started paying EMI. Latest excuse given by them is that the company has stopped manufacturing the model we had booked and so thet were not sure if we will get the car even in 6 months. Now they have started putting pressure on us to buy the top end model and bear the full cost, which obviously is way beyond our budget!! When we have tried taking a stand, they have told us clearly that they do not care as Nissan has its leagal team which will deal with us.. And guess what is the icing on the cake...Nissan's India website is not working and so we are unable to pull out any of their customer care contacting details to take up our case with them. Is this how a company that has just entered the Indian market plan to market itself and its products. It is my appeal to anyone, if anybody can forward any form of contact details of Nissan to help us on this matter, we really appreciate. And yes: This is a warning to anyone staying in Delhi and planning to visit these guys. DONT DO IT!! Or you could be the next sufferer
