Recommended Procedure for Executing a ‘Paid Service’

Reputed Garages/ OEM Authorised Service Centres are trained and directed to proceed as follows :

Job Card to Record Full Details

(I) To open the Job Card ensuring that full name/address/phone # of the Customer/Vehicle details are filled-in. Latter to include, Year of manufacture, Make, Chassis #, Engine#. This is important from Legal liability angle on the Garage in respect of Vehicles that may have been reported to be stolen.

(II) Take down carefully the ‘Demanded Repairs’. Assuming the vehicle has come for a 5000/10000 km Service, with respect to its Odometer reading, take the help from our ‘Works order Supplement’ to inform the Customer what additional works are recommended as per established practice/Manufacturer’s Recommendations. Record his consent accordingly.
