From the Outside
The Yeti is quite striking, what with its quirky lamp-in-lamp headlights, black plastic lower bumpers and side skirts that lend it a very rugged character and blacked out D-pillar to give it a wraparound effect. The wide 16 inch alloy wheel adds beauty to the MUV. Its clever suspension and excellent ground clearance ensure a pliant ride even on the most awful roads.

On the Inside
Skoda Yeti is a five-seater with four doors which offers unimaginable comfort for all the passengers. It has a large dashboard that includes chrome package and leather seats looks muscular. The steering wheel and dials look similar to those on the Laura, the central console is traditional and there is a neat horizontal line of separation between the upper and lower dash.

For rear passenger space, Skoda has used vertical space to very good effect - there’s plenty of thigh support, you sit higher than the front seat passengers and the backrests of the seats recline as well. All three rear seats can be removed individually for variable luggage space and flexibility, and you can even uniquely place the two rear seats directly behind the front seats by taking out the centre seat.

Luggage space is pretty generous at 415 litres under the parcel tray. And there are all sorts of nets, hooks and very cleverly engineered extras that make this a very user-friendly boot.

The other interior features like front glove box with cooling, illumination, electronically adjustable external mirrors, storage compartments is first-class.

The Yeti is loaded with advance safety features. Some of the safety features are 6 airbags, ABS, EDS and ASR. Some additions features are corner function for fog lamps and VarioFlex seating system.

Under the Hood
Essentially a superb driver’s car - when it comes to handling, the Yeti is a delight to drive. Its car-like dynamics combined with the punchy motor make for a great combination on all kinds of roads, too

It is available in 4 wheel drive option with 4th generation Haldex cluth, with the Skoda’s 2.0-litre mill making 141PS of power and 320Nm of torque,

The Yeti feels more planted and confident going around corners with minimal amounts of body roll. Yet another aspect is its electronic steering which is precise, better balanced and progressive.
