The Jetta is an incredibly capable car, says Overdrive (April ’09) in this month’s OD Garage. An honest-to-goodness mini-Passat – it emulates every aspect – the ride quality, handling – everything. And the fuel just refuses to runout! It drank about 3700 bucks of diesel for 1200km on an OD stint from Pune to Goa thus giving an average of 12kmpl!

The car is superbly comfortable, feels special and expensive – the only flaw being the absence of an usb or aux port for the music system.
