Answers : You should obtain N.O.C. from your R.T.O. in Bangalore end within 90 days approach the R.T.O. in Noida for re-registration of the vehicle. You will have to physically present your vehicle along with documents in originals like the Registration Certificate, Insurance Certificate, Tax Receipt and P.U.C. Certificate. You will have to pay the Road tax again as is applicable in Noida and later claim refund from your R.T.O. in Bangalore

query :I and my dad have both lost our licenses. The chance of retrieving the original is bleak. We have no photocopy of the original license. I would like to know how we should approach this problem. Thanks!

Dr. Pasricha
Answers : Since you have no details of the original license, I am afraid you will have to obtain learner licence once again, and appear for the driving test after 30 mandatory days to get a new licence.
